Fortunately it's been a busy week again full of new adventures and experiences :-) After our amazing weekend in San Francisco I thought we would be bored. Well, we were not :D On Wednesday we had the opportunity to watch an amazing street dance show with LIL C!!! organized by our SCHOOL!!! for FREE!!! :D The name of the event was The Underground: from the Streets to the Stage. It was an amazing experience. The dancers were very talented and were moving and shaking their body like I've never seen anyone. The show was about 1,5 hour long and full of hip-hop music. The audience went crazy, especially the first row where the friends of the crew were sitting, they were hitting the stage, jumping, yelling and everything :D And the dancers are extremely talented and they didn't do the performance for money, just for the sake of art (I'm curious until when will it remain like this, but let's not be so sceptical...).

Then, on Thursday we headed to Beverly Hills to the so called Fashion's night out to the Beverly Center where amazing programs, promotions and fashion shows were waiting for us. Unfortunately we haven't seen anyone reeeally famous, but we could enjoy the fashion show of every important designer present in the mall. But I have to admit: I was much more interested in the shops themselves :D I was shopping for at least three hours in the Forever 21 and in the H & M because they are sooo huge that it takes at least 1 hour to go through the whole store without trying on anything. I'm not gonna list the items I bought but I went home with quite a big bag :D Fortunately these brands are much cheaper than in Europe so I didn't spend a fortune (even though I could have done that on the floor below us, where the Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Prada, Fendi, Versace etc. etc. stores are located. Stores went crazy to make us shop! In the Guess store (I'm sorry Nóri, I didn't have time to go inside, next time I will, I promise :D) for example real people were standing in the shopwindow instead of mannequins. WTF? :D

On Saturday, we were invited to a real American style pool party. Cristina, a spanish girl has a classmate who is renting a house with 8 other boys this semester and who has a pool in the backyard. It was sooo classy. They even rented an inflatable waterslide! However, just when we started to be really satisfied with ourselves came the problematic part. One of the guys who rent the house was drunk or high (or both) started to yell at the guys who were with us (namely at Alberto, Blaise, Laci and Pablo) that they look like kids and asked them how old they were. What Blaise should not have done was to say he was 14. The guy became mad and wanted to send everyone home at that moment. The air froze, the guys almost started to fight but then Blaise showed his ID and the other owners of the house calmed the agressive guy down. I think the real problem was that there were a lot of guys and they wanted only extra girls in the party. Besides, American guys in general are MUCH bigger than europeans (it must be the food :D), so our guys really seemed younger. Finally, we were allowed to stay, but Blaise and Laci went home because they didn't really feel comfortable any more and didn't want further problems. After this small incident the party was cool again, we got free drinks, met a lot of new people and enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi until the evening. In the I evening I wanted to go to party to Hollywood in a limo but I was not allowed as I am not 21 yet. =(( I want those 3 weeks to pass fast!!!

On Sunday we headed to Venice beach, where we were sunbathing, playing card games, chatting until the afternoon. Then, we went to the canals, because of which the place is called "Venice" beach. Well, they are cute, but nothing compared to the real Venice :-) (Italy <3) Going there, I managed to take a picture with the house of Hank Moody, the main character of the series Californication (it was actually visible in several episodes, yeey).  On the way we saw a place where they sell marihuana for medical purposes. All you need to do is go to the doctor, get a paper that you need treatment, pay 30 bucks and you can roll your LEGAL joint. WTF? :D I had the feeling that he image of the whole beach was a bit built on the underground "culture": the main things that characterized the place were graffities, skateboarding, piercing, tattoo, marijuana and junk food. It was really interesting to see this. Finally, we were watching the sunset on the beach: the view was breathtaking! and came home by public transport (with a looot of creepy people as always :D).

Szerencsére megint egy mozgalmas héten vagyok túl tele új kalandokkal és élményekkel :-) A csodálatos san franciscói hétvége után féltem, hogy unatkozni fogok. Hát nem így lett. Szerdán alkalmunk nyílt megnézni egy csodás street dance showt LIL C-vel!!!, melyet az EGYETEM szervezett és teljesen INGYEN volt! :D Az esemény a The Underground: from the Streets to the Stage nevet kapta. Fantasztikus élmény volt! A táncosok hihetetlenül tehetségesek voltak és soha senkit nem láttam még így mozogni. A show kb 1,5 óráig tartott és tele volt hip-hop zenével. A közönség teljesen megőrült, főleg az első sor, melyet a bandatagok barátai alkottak: ütötték a színpadot, ugráltak, ordibáltak meg minden :D A táncosok nagyon tehetségesek voltak és nem a pénzért adtak elő, csak a művészet oltárán akartak áldozni (hát, kíváncsi leszek, meddig lesz ez így, de ne legyünk ennyire szkeptikusak...).

Aztán csütörtökön elmentünk Beverly Hillsbe, az úgynevezett Fashion's Night Out-ra a Beverly Centerbe, ahol csodás programok, leárazások és divatbemutatók vártak minket. Sajnos nem láttunk senki igazán híreset, de élvezhettük a plázában megtalálható összes divatház kollekcióinak bemutatását. De be kell valljam: sokkal jobban érdekeltek a boltok maguk :D Legalább 3 órán keresztük vásárolgattam a Forever 21-ban és a H & M-ben mert akkorák a boltok, hogy legalább egy órába telik csak végigjárni őket, nem hogy még próbálni is... Most inkább nem sorolnám fel, hogy mi mindent vettem, de egy elég nagy szatyorral tértem haza :D Szerencsére ezek a márkák sokkal olcsóbbak, mint Európában, így nem kellett egy vagyont költenem, bár megtehettem volna, hiszen az alattunk lévő emeleten sorakoztak Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burberry, Prada, Fendi, Versace stb stb boltjai. A boltok őrült dolgokra is képesek voltak, csak hogy rávegyenek a shoppingolásra! A Guess boltban pl (bocsi Nóri, nem volt időm bemenni, de ígérem legközelebb...) igazi hús-vér emberek álltak a kirakatban próbababák helyett. Mi a fene?? :D

Szombaton hivatalosak voltunk egy igazi amerikai stílusú medencés buliba. Cristina, az egyik spanyol csajszi együtt jár órára egy sráccal, aki nyolcadmagával bérel egy házat, melynek medence is van a kertjében. Nagyon király volt! Még felfújható csúszdát is béreltek!! Amikor azonban már kezdtünk nagyon elégedettek lenni magunkkal jöttek a problémák. Az egyik bérlő srác eléggé be volt rúgva/nyomva(esetleg mindkettő) elkezdett a srácokra (név szerint Albertóra, Bazsira, Lacira és Pablóra) ordibálni, hogy mit keresnek ott azok a gyerekek és hogy hány évesek. Amit Bazsinak nem kellett volna ekkor poénból mondania, hogy 14 éves. A srác teljesen kiakadt és mindenkivel közölte, hogy azonnal húzzon haza. A levegő megfagyott, a srácok majdnem összeverekedtek de mikor Bazsi megmutatta a személyijét, kicsit lenyugodtak a kedélyek. Végül maradhattunk, de Bazsi és Laci már elég kellemetlenül érezték magukat, és nem akartak több balhét, szóval hazamentek. Eme kis incidens után a buli megint jó lett, kaptunk ingyen piát, megismertünk egy csomó embert és élveztük a hűtött medencét és a jacuzzit egészen estig. Később el akartam menni Hollywoodba bulizni limóval, de nem mehettem mert még pici vagyok =( Teljen már le az a 3 hét!!!

Vasárnap Venice Beach felé vettük az irányt, ahol napoztunk, kártyáztunk, beszélgettünk délutánig. Utána elmentünk a csatornákhoz, amikről a helyet "Velence" Beachnek nevezték. Hát, aranyosak voltak meg minden, de nem egy igazi Velence (<3 Olaszország!!) Odafelé sikerült egy képet készítenem a Califorgia című sorozat főszereplőjének, Hank Moodynak a  sorozatbeli házával (egy csomó epizódban tényleg látható a ház, juppii). Emellett láttam egy helyet, ahol orvosi célra árulnak marihuánát. Annyit kell csak tenned, hogy elmész az orvoshoz, szerzel egy papírt, hogy erre a kezelésre van szükséged, kifizetsz 30 dollárt és már tekerheted is a LEGÁLIS jointot. Mi a fene?? :D Amúgy egész Venice Beach hangulata elég "Underground": a dolgok, amik jellemzik a helyet a graffiti, a deszkázás, a piercing, a tetoválás, a fű és a gyorskaja. Nagyon érdekes volt ezt látni. Végül végignéztük a naplementét a strandon (a látvány csodálatos volt!!) és haza "bkv-ztünk" (természetesen egy rakat hátborzongató figurával, mint mindig :D)
